Courteous, helpful and knowledgeable Charlie Secor was the first “saleman” I met while picking up my 2007 SAAB after it was serviced. I knew I needed to buy a new car, what I needed in a Charlie Secor was the first “saleman” I met while picking up my 2007 SAAB after it was serviced. I knew I needed to buy a new car, what I needed in a car and how much I wanted to pay. Charlie suggested I look at the Volvo V60. There were 5 previously owned V60s for me to try driving. They met all of my requirements, so I decided on one and picked it up two days later. Steve Ploma gave me an hour long tutorial on all of the amazing electronic features on the car (most of which I forgot as I drove away - but there is an instruction book to read for review!). Anthony helped me sign my life away and was very thorough with the paperwork for out-of-state registration, etc. The Volvo team made this car purchase an easy, pleasant one and I look forward to their continued support should any problems arise or as service is needed. More

Julie is the best! I have historically travelled as far as New Britain to get my previous Mitsubishi Outlander serviced--one hour in each direction! Really nice folks trying really hard to help On very short ( none really) notice Julie accepted my new Lotus for its 1st service just prior to my leaving town for a week.
