Great overall experience! Carlos the sales guy was really polite and very knowledgeable, and Brian was very helpful with pairing the phone and going over the truck. We arrived without a clue of whether we were going to be able to acquire a hybrid plug-in car. Josh (Leach) carefully explained the difficulty in providing new versions of this make in PA, and then, lo, by able to acquire a hybrid plug-in car. Josh (Leach) carefully explained the difficulty in providing new versions of this make in PA, and then, lo, by reviewing used options (not likely) he found one on the lot, prepared it for us, and took care of the transaction, including evaluating our Yaris for resale, within a few hours. He was jovial, detailed in his explanations, and helpful in detailing service options. We would recommend Del Toyota and Josh to anyone. More
