Oak lawn Toyota service center is a joke in my eyes. For the last couple years I’ve had nothing but problems with the service writers and the manager of service. Silly for me to come back and give anoth For the last couple years I’ve had nothing but problems with the service writers and the manager of service. Silly for me to come back and give another chance but last chance was taken when I was told they are done with me and to leave yes I was mad they didn’t do the service requested after 2 different tries in 3 days. They don’t listen to the customer and the issues you have with the vehicle. They just say we’ll we cleared the computer so if it happens again we can look at it. Or that is how the seat sits. The seat in our van doesn’t sit flat to where I can’t place a car seat on it because it wouldn’t be safe. But Never mind the safety of my child they don’t want to make it right so I’ll go above and beyond and hopefully get the manager and some device writers to be taught on customer safety. More

Took my daughters 2015 Toyota forerunner into Oaklawn Toyota for service maintenance and to check everything as usual they did a phenomenal job fair price everything is checked properly service departmen Toyota for service maintenance and to check everything as usual they did a phenomenal job fair price everything is checked properly service department the service manager everyone inside the dealership wants to make sure you have absolute satisfaction that is why we buy our vehicles from here also you can buy anywhere else but remember the service is the key Not just purchase price which is very fair but the service is always excellent More
