Today took my 2020 Rav4 into the service department, at Oaklawn Toyota when I drove in and I was met by Colin, a Young man who immediately welcomed me, then he proceeded to put coverings inside of my vehic Oaklawn Toyota when I drove in and I was met by Colin, a Young man who immediately welcomed me, then he proceeded to put coverings inside of my vehicle before he was to drive it over to the service area, then I went into the Service office and met Frank he’s assistant service manager, and Juan The service manager to discuss the situation with my vehicle. They immediately listened advise what needed to be done, quickly got me on my way, approximately 2 1/2 hours later I had a phone call the car was finished, went to pick the vehicle up it was all properly repaired. We buy our vehicles from Oaklawn Toyota due to the excellent service department, the service department never disappoints neither does the sales office if you’re looking for a good deal on a vehicle, Toyota has the best reliability we’ve been Toyota owners for many many years the other 2000 to Rav4 that we have has 240,000 mostly trouble free miles on it very few repairs that is a reliability of Toyota. You can purchase your vehicle anywhere you want any dealership however Oaklawn Toyota doesn’t just deliver at the time of the sale they deliver at a time when you need service. The service manager is a young man also, but he has a world of experience and he really cares about the customer he shows it constantly, from start to finish it was a great experience thank you everyone and Toyota will always return to purchase another vehicle and definitely for the service department! More
