I came in on Monday to get my flat tire fixed —- unfortunately Toyota had a system computer outage so I wasn’t able to get the tire fixed. BUT Juan checked my tire pressure in ALL 4 tires and put ai unfortunately Toyota had a system computer outage so I wasn’t able to get the tire fixed. BUT Juan checked my tire pressure in ALL 4 tires and put air in the tires. Then the Service manager told me that I could come back Tuesday at 8:00 a.m. even though he couldn’t officially give me a new appointment because of the computer issue. My husband brought the Rav 4 back Tuesday morning and was taken care of immediately. I have a brand new tire and I’m very happy with the service department at Oak Lawn Toyota even in the middle of their computer crisis!! More

This was a big job they had to replace the front suspension arms and the fuel tank Which are big jobs. The work was done properly and the vehicle was even cleaned washed when I picked it up this is why I bought my vehicle at this dealership anyone could sell you a vehicle however getting the service which is top notch counts down the road. This is why we buy our vehicles from Oak lawn Toyota for service makes a difference they give you a good price on a new vehicle and follow up with great quality service! This is my second review. When I asked my service technician if he heard/read my first review, he stated no. It’s important that the review is shared with the technician/manager. Keith was very prof technician if he heard/read my first review, he stated no. It’s important that the review is shared with the technician/manager. Keith was very professional when I brought my car in for the second time after a complete tune up. After explaining what was happening to the car, Keith met with his Service Manager Juan and explained the problems. After reviewing the problems it was determined that they would replace the damaged hose to the engine. It was determined that there was a leak. This problem is still happening. I don’t think I should have to pay the $200 for evaluating the problem, since the car is still shutting off. More
