The staff doing intake, explaining what had been done, and what would be done this time were helpful and cheerful. Also kind and helpful when I went back to drop-off instead of pay-and-pickup. On 2/4, I brought my car in to have battery tested because my car failed to start without a jump. I was told the battery was ok and to just keep driving the car. I was charged and paid 89 dollars fo because my car failed to start without a jump. I was told the battery was ok and to just keep driving the car. I was charged and paid 89 dollars for the battery inspection. Thirteen days later I was back at Toyota because my car wouldn’t start without a jump. This time I was told I needed a new battery. I purchased the battery after waiting a couple hours. I requested the initial inspection fee be deducted because apparently someone didn’t know what they were doing. I was told that they wouldn’t charge me an additional inspection fee. I think the initial fee should have been reduced. Had I been told that my battery needed to be replaced on 2/4, I would have done so. Instead, I’m back at Toyota 13 days later and 89 dollars shorter for something that should have been resolved 2/4. More
