The technician greeted me and explained everything they were going to check and asked me if I had any concerns with the vehicle. I waited in the lounge that had options to buy sandwiches, muffins, snacks,coffees, smoothies and other drinks. There as also complimentary coffee and plenty of seating. I recd text messages with updates and a video showing what they did and what they found. The check out process was very quick and easy. It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Cedar Park Toyota Service Dept.
