I would not recommend this dealership.
We scheduled an appointment for Friday and they insisted we drop the car by 7:30 am. To be safe, we dropped it off Thursday evening.

We did not hear back regarding the estimate, as promised, so I called at 1:00 pm and left a message. The called was not returned so I called again at 4:00 pm and left a second message for Juan. When he finally returned the call we were told the car hadn’t been looked at yet and there were 21 customers ahead of us. I asked if they would be able to get to it on Saturday and he said he wasn’t sure. That would mean we would not have a car until Monday at the earliest.
They should have been more transparent with us about timing and what to expect so we could make an informed decision whether we could be without a vehicle for that period of time.
We ended up picking up the car and took it to Dave’s Ultimate Automotive - who we highly recommend. They communicated every step of the way and got it done the same day, as promised.
We will never use this dealership again.
