One almost laugh at me for wanting to put in an order for a 2015 in early May. My order with Vernon went in May the 5th, 2014! When I went called back the other dealer and told them the Vernon no haggle price, he said he would talk to his manager and call me back. (I'm still waiting for the call!) Melinda, at the front reception at the time, was always so friendly and accommodating. She initially inputed my order and communicated with me every step of the way as to the status and progress of my truck. I was pleasantly surprised when one day she picked up the phone on the finance side. I was now dealing with her on that end as well. She's is just as friendly, thorough and knowledgable there as she was when I first started calling the dealership. Congrats on your new position! Jr. and Scott seemed to have worked hand in hand right from the get go making sure my order was complete and to my satisfaction right up through some of the after market add ons that I was requiring. These guys went above and beyond as they searched for different options on a front end clear coat protector that I was requiring as well as other items on my list. They didn't miss a beat always returning my calls and texts making sure they got everything right Overall I had an amazing experience dealing with the folks at Vernon. I may never step foot in another local Miami dealership! More

The first was trading in my truck, and getting the new F150. Then I changed my mind at the last minute, and decided to keep my trade, and buy the new truck. They didnt skip a beat, or try any tricks to raise the price. They sent over my paperwork via email, including an overnight shipping label to send it back. The process was easy, and I got a good deal on a new Ford. More

Paperwork was done 1,2,3 and I was quickly out the door. Sales people answered all my questions and I had a ton because it was the first time I was purchasing out of state. I looked at there price "9000 off MRSP" and what they offered "5th wheel prepped plus a Spray in bed liner" and I went to 7 dealerships in South Florida and they couldn't even come close to Vernon's price! ****Plus when I mentioned "the Vernon Auto Group" to one Florida dealership they looked at me and shook there head and told me to go to Texas! Lol They said they couldn't even compete!! Another Reason I decided to go with them they offered to drive my new truck to me..! "Of course there was a charge for that" but after I added up the fuel cost and then the meals and hotel cost it was very reasonable plus I didn't have do any of the driving! On top of that they drove my trade in back! When they say no hassle they mean it, I called and they had me talk to Jr Cavillio..I told him which I wanted and he said he would call back..about an hour later he called and told me what I needed to do...once I had what I needed I sent him the paperwork...and the next day he called and told me when you picking up your new truck. After that he told the finance lady would call me and go through the details...and then I worked to where they could drive the truck to me and they would drive my trade back..plus when the driver arrived the truck had a full tank of gas..and it was unbelievable! I signed the papers and the driver was gone with my trade. People I tell you this was an experience that was unbelievable...I'll never go any where else to buy another car/truck ever! Thanks Jr! and your team there at The Vernon Auto Group!! More
