My Vernon Auto Group Experience was Enjoyable!! I was referred to Vernon Auto Group by a friend because of their no pressure no haggle type atmosphere and I was not disappointed. Mr. Kyle Echols wa I was referred to Vernon Auto Group by a friend because of their no pressure no haggle type atmosphere and I was not disappointed. Mr. Kyle Echols was nothing but professional throughout the whole process along with the other staff members I encountered were equally professional and sincere as Mr. Echols. I actually ordered exactly the pickup I wanted with every option that I wanted and Mr. Echols priced it out to me just like my friend said they would with absolutely no high pressure sales tactics. Mr Echols was very open and transparent in how the dealership did business. Which made me very comfortable and I was confident that my friend referred to the right placed when it came to Vernon Auto group. Lastly I was able to order all of my after market accessories for my pickup through the dealerships and installed prior to taking delivery on my new pickup. Ralph is a Shady Guy (Super Shady Guy, Blackmail) JR and Deshawn agreed to pay my girlfriend and I for a truck we took to trade. She walked into the dealer with me to purchase a DRW Ram 3500. Ralp JR and Deshawn agreed to pay my girlfriend and I for a truck we took to trade. She walked into the dealer with me to purchase a DRW Ram 3500. Ralph is now saying this is not going to happen, more than a month after the fact. Ashley said the check is in the mail and it is not. Do not trust Ralph. He is a shady guy. Ralph called me a few minutes after I posted this. He let me know that he would send the paperwork, to get us the money that is "DUE" to my girlfriend and I, "when I remove my review". I let him know that I am a retired US Army Warrant Officer and I didn't think that his communication to me was ethically right, nor morally right. I would go as far as saying that I think it is illegal (blackmail). Why should I have to remove a review for money that is already due to us? Update 14Nov18: I get a phone call on 13 November from Dan, who is the General Manager. He agrees to send the documentation for Steph and I to get the money that is due to us and has been due to us for over a month. They have had possession of the truck for over a month and title for just shy of a month. Dan tells me that I am going to get the documentation, to ensure we get the money that is due to us. I am supposed to get tracking information for this documentation today. I sent a note to Dan thanking him for getting the ball rolling on this, this morning. I definitely look forward to getting the tracking information today. My first interaction with Dan, was positive. He seemed like a man with integrity. I will post updates. Jerry More
