BUYERS BEWARE! I purchased a vehicle at Vernon Auto Group and was surprised at the way they treated me after I signed the papers. I was told it was required to put I purchased a vehicle at Vernon Auto Group and was surprised at the way they treated me after I signed the papers. I was told it was required to put a $500 deposit on the vehicle until after delivery then I would get the deposit back within the week. Well, it is going on 4 weeks now and I still haven’t received my deposit. The sales and finance people I dealt with during the negotiations stopped answering their phones. The only way I was able to talk to them was by calling the main number and asking for them by name when they picked up they double talked and over talked me or passed the buck when I wanted to know why I haven’t received my deposit. When I asked to speak to someone in charge they took my number and I never heard from them. The experience turned out to be frustrating and disappointing. This is something they defiantly need to work on. More

We only spent about an hour at the dealership to look at the car, sign the paperwork and take delivery. No surprises or problems when we arrived to take delivery.
