Purchased a pre owned vehicle recently. I am out of state and this requires additional documentation to complete transaction. After dealership collected my money, the process slowed demonst I am out of state and this requires additional documentation to complete transaction. After dealership collected my money, the process slowed demonstrably. After speaking with salesman, customer care personnel, finance ( I paid cash), it seemed none of the personnel could figure out what the other was doing. Writing this critique, I still have not received a follow up call confirming dealership receipt of proof of insurance. What should be a fairly streamlined process, was anything but that. Having said that, I believe the employees were trying, but the chain of command needs some work. Regards, GB More

I drove three hours to this dealership the buy a car I thought I was getting for a really good deal for my mom who was in need of a vehicle. It was a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica with only 56k miles on it and t thought I was getting for a really good deal for my mom who was in need of a vehicle. It was a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica with only 56k miles on it and the price was $20k!!!! The car itself was wonderful but the person who I went to to go through the financing with ended up being a devil in disguise. Not only did he run my credit credit before I even said I was ready he ran my credit for a $32k loan before I even got to his office! He added all these extra things such as extended warranty, pre-paid maintenance, and gap insurance. Now here’s my thing, when he told me I was “ already approved” and he already put on the extended warranty and prepaid maintenance my mom had originally told him no, but he said the extended warranty was bumper to bumper and covered everything that wasn’t a “wear item” so things like the battery, brakes, etc; but if something mechanically went wrong with my car I’d be covered. And as for the pre-paid maintenance I could go to any dealership nearby and I’d be able to get an oil change and tire rotation. Not only did I find out that the pre-paid maintenance was only for Morgan auto groups (which aren’t anywhere near my house). But also! The extended warranty didn’t cover anything mechanical but only the “tech” in my car like the screen (I can drive a car with a messed up screen I can’t drive a car with a messed up engine!). Now he did say that these are things I can rid of later on. But the issue is he ran my credit with all these things added on before even going through me and in order to get rid of these things and lower my monthly payment I’d had to refinance (which effects my credit score). And on top of that he knew that if I told him to remove it he’d had to run my credit again, giving me TWO hard inquiries instead of one for the same car. This guy is a crook and I’m never buying a car here again no matter the deal and I advise you no matter how good the deal is not to buy a car here either if you want to protect your credit. The sad part is I wasn’t even against the extended warranty cause I like the idea of my powertrain being covered while I’m paying the car every month. But him not running it with me and turning a $20k car into a $32k before I even walk into his office is very telling to what he’s done to other people. More
