What initially was a visit to address a recall turned into me leaving out with a brand new 2022 Subaru Legacy and once again Tavon Shannon and Josh Jones took great care of me. This is my second car pu into me leaving out with a brand new 2022 Subaru Legacy and once again Tavon Shannon and Josh Jones took great care of me. This is my second car purchase and third if I count my daughter’s purchase from Heritage Subaru Owings Mills and because I had such a great experience with Tavon and Josh back in 2019 I drive 65 miles one way just to patronize this dealership and I always have dealt with Tavon and Josh whenever looking to make a purchase. They truly go above and beyond to help their customers and you are never pressured to make a purchase which makes the buying experience all the more better. When I say they go above and beyond I mean just that. I hadn’t even had my car for 24 hours when a bird or some sort of flying creature decided to leave me an unwanted gift on and inside of my brand new car. When I informed Tavon he came out with his cleaning wipes and cleaned off the inside of my door and window as well as the outside in cold and rainy night and he also wanted to make sure I made it home safely and requested I call and let him know I made it home and he even followed up with a text message checking to make sure I was home. Whenever I am in need of or want a car I will go to Heritage Subaru Owings Mills and deal with Tavon and Josh as long as they are there. They make you feel like family and never a customer. More
