Honest! i went in and traded my lexus and upgraded to a new lexus Napelton had in their used car lot. Josh promptly came out to me with keys to the vehicle i i went in and traded my lexus and upgraded to a new lexus Napelton had in their used car lot. Josh promptly came out to me with keys to the vehicle i was interested and took me on a test drive. he gave me the info on the vehicle as we drove. i had previously gotten my car appraised at different dealerships around town, and Josh and napelton auto were willing to compromise in a professional and logistical manner. Josh in particular guided me through every step of the process, told me what to avoid and what i may benefit from but allowed me to fully make my decisions. i walked out of napelton with my newer lexus very satisfied with my experience in buying my vehicle. Josh is going to get you taken care of with YOU in mind before himself, and is a very honest and honorable salesman. More

Bad Customer Experience Very unorganized dealership and unqualified salesman. I went in on a Friday about noon and saw a vehicle I wanted and they inspected and drove my truc Very unorganized dealership and unqualified salesman. I went in on a Friday about noon and saw a vehicle I wanted and they inspected and drove my truck. I said I needed to leave town Saturday and asked for a call that afternoon to give me a trade price. I heard nothing until late Saturday morning- I liked the price so I delayed my plans and visited the dealership. I made a deal and, since the finance guy was busy, I said I would run an errand and be back in an hour to pick the vehicle up and for them to please have it ready to go. When I returned nothing had been done, not gassed up and no finance work although I had completed a long manual application ( they weren’t even computerized). Because I had to leave, they let me take the new vehicle and to return Monday to sign the papers. I called Monday morning and made an appointment. When I got there, no one had told the finance department so I had to return the next day. Then no instructions on use of the new vehicle and no subsequent follow up by the salesman since. In my initial visit, the salesperson could not answer many of my questions about the vehicle and we had to look through manuals to get the answers. Salesman asked if I wanted water but all he had was a case of warm water on the floor in his office. I’ve bought probably fourty cars but this was one of worst dealer experiences. Will not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
