Smooth experience. I was able to purchase my RAV4 at MSRP (which is a good deal in 2022) and it was delivered earlier than promised. Josh did not try to sell me unneede I was able to purchase my RAV4 at MSRP (which is a good deal in 2022) and it was delivered earlier than promised. Out the door price was extremely fair and better than competition. Salesman was very friendly and engaged not pushy. I came to Ed Martin with my daughter to pick up her new RAV4 and bought one for myself. They offered me $2000 more for my Honda Accord than Penske Honda where I had leased 5 previous Accords. Service was excellent from moment I walked in the door. It only took 4weeks for my car to come in. Pick up and closing were totally painless and instruction on all of the features was superb.
