The service that I received from Woodfield Lexus was beyond Exceptional! I'd like to thank all of the sales associates that helped me throughout my experience: Josh, George, and Randy. They all made sure that I was well taken care of, and after price shopping with a lot of different Lexus dealerships, the benefits of going with Woodfield Lexus made everything worthwhile.I sat down and told them exactly what I was looking for, as well as my second color option - just in case they couldn't find my first one. Two days later, I got a call back and was told that they found my vehicle and would have it shipped in ASAP. While the finance documents were being prepared, I was shown all the features I can think of with the vehicle. The gentleman who had showed me was very informative and knowledgeable of exactly what everything was. This is the place you need to go to when looking for a new Lexus, because it's not just the service, but also the whole atmosphere of the building. Mrs. Azam made the final paperwork painless and quick. We ended up getting the protection plans for the car (dents and tires) because it was well worth it! Again, thank you all for everything, and I plan on sending all of my friends all colleagues interested in Lexus to you guys, because no one else can compete! More

Dan was very patient and helpful when we ordered the car, and kept me up to date for when the car would be delivered. Picking up the car was quick and easy - both Dan and Yazmin Azam were very helpful in explaining the additional packages and extended warranties available. Finally, Dave Gustafson spent the time to make sure that I understood and was able to use all the features on my new GS350. Any questions or issues we had with the car after delivery were resolved by both Dan Rosen and Josh Resnick to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend working with Dan Rosen at Woodfield Lexus. More
