Juan-Carlos did an impeccable job of assisting me during my car shopping adventure. Even though I was indecisive, I never felt rushed and Juan-Carlos and the car detailing team did everything in their power to accelerate the process so I could get home to deliver a time-sensitive medication to my sick dog.
