Wow!! Outstanding experience from a professional team. My son and I have been shopping for a new car for him for several weeks. We had reached out to several dealerships and by chance received a few emails from the team at Carl Black. I have never been to their dealership before (what a mistake) but Travis Hanes was so nice and professional and not pushy like so many others that I thought it would be worth a trip. The dealership is about 35 minutes from our home and of course there are a couple dealerships closer. Overall our experience was the best I have ever had and I have been buying cars for 30 years. Josh Patterson and Travis Hanes and Louis Leon were great to work with and never made us feel that we had made a mistake of visiting Carl Black. Needless to say we left with a new Camaro for my son and when the time to buy another vehicle comes around, it will be a call to this team first. All I can say is Wow...great experience!!! More
