I bought a new car from this dealership earlier this week and they were very easy to work with. We did most of the work before I arrived so I was able to test drive, sign paperwork, and leave with my new car and they were very easy to work with. The service was great, as always, but the way the accessory had to be installed was not what I would expect from Volvo. Given a choice, I would not have this option installed. The installation proces accessory had to be installed was not what I would expect from Volvo. Given a choice, I would not have this option installed. The installation process necessitated some cutting of plastic and wiring runs that look a bit like a cheap aftermarket hack job. It's not the fault of the service department, but the way Volvo designed the accessory for dealer installation. Would definitely not recommend the digital rearview mirror unless it comes straight from the factory. More
