The communication from the staff has been horrible since I bought my car. Numerous people have not responded to texts, emails nor phone calls. I was only given 1 key fob when I bought the vehicle. I was I bought my car. Numerous people have not responded to texts, emails nor phone calls. I was only given 1 key fob when I bought the vehicle. I was told to put it through my warranty, however I didn't know I was supposed to say that I "lost " a key so they would pay for it. This is fraud. I didn't lie about losing my key. Then I was told they would get me another fob about speaking to the GM. Now, I am having numerous people not respond to me again. I paid A LOT of money for my car! This is not how I should be treated. More

I had a lot of problems occur with my vehicle and then the rental vehicle and Josh (and some other employees possibly) helped me out (things they didn’t have to do) because I was unable to do anything to the rental vehicle and Josh (and some other employees possibly) helped me out (things they didn’t have to do) because I was unable to do anything to fix the problem myself. Josh Hishmeh was amazing during my service appointment. He made me aware of everything going on with my vehicle and explained how sensitive and important each item was, without pressuring me to make a deci He made me aware of everything going on with my vehicle and explained how sensitive and important each item was, without pressuring me to make a decision on the spot. The clarity and honesty in how he operates made me feel comfortable and well-informed about what was happening. Best experience I’ve had with Toyota, I’ll definitely be returning to Josh and this location in the future. More
