Hi Jessica, It was this month, I don't recall the actual date. I was in for an oil change and then again for front brakes. The brakes appointment is the one that didn't work out so well. My name is Joe Bosse and I drive a 2010 Escape. You can probably get my service history with that. The guy I spoke to, Joey, at least gave me a $10 credit towards my bill, but the mistake cost me a few hours of my day.
