The scheduling needs to be addressed. I had a 1:15 appointment and at 2:30 I had to talk the the person at the desk to find out when my vehicle would get into the bay. Just to be clear, I don’t believe that it was the man at the desk fault. However, waiting an additional hour and fifteen minutes before being serviced is unacceptable. More

Josh Grant had outstanding customer service. He was personable, helpful, and very knowledgeable!
