Great Customer Service! I bought a new Toyota Camry in 2014 and have been taking my Camry to Allan Nott for service since I bought it. They are always very friendly, send me I bought a new Toyota Camry in 2014 and have been taking my Camry to Allan Nott for service since I bought it. They are always very friendly, send me an email to remind me of my scheduled service, give me updates as my car is being serviced, ask me if I'm ok or need anything while my service is being done and always ask about setting up my next appointment before I leave for more convenience. Buying a certified vehicle I'd like to thank Josh for his attentiveness and service. He did all that he could to remedy a problem that I had with the car I bought. He saw to it I'd like to thank Josh for his attentiveness and service. He did all that he could to remedy a problem that I had with the car I bought. He saw to it that I received a loaner while my bumper cover was being replaced. He spent a considerable amount of his valuable time trying to orient me to the digital component's in the nav. system, keyless entry etc. etc. I do not embrace technology willingly. He was patient and I am not. Still we are getting through it. Than you Josh. More

First time buyer I had no idea what I was doing. Josh was great in explaining everything to me and my fiancé. He explained the differences between leasing and buying. He answered all our questions and took h great in explaining everything to me and my fiancé. He explained the differences between leasing and buying. He answered all our questions and took his time with us. I can't remember the financial persons name we sat and spoke with but he also was wonderfully straight forward, honest and professional. I truly enjoyed my experience and I'm happy to say as me and my fiancé build our family together we were certainly be establishing our car home at Allan Nott! More
