I wanted to write unsolicited feedback on my first and great experience at this KIA dealership. Josh Flowers went above & beyond to make a new car purchase ('14 Sportage) easy as well as introduce my fam great experience at this KIA dealership. Josh Flowers went above & beyond to make a new car purchase ('14 Sportage) easy as well as introduce my family to the Asheville area which is new for us. He introduced us to his teammates and worked a great deal for us. Patience and professionalism were shown at all times. It's a long process from the moment you walk in to drive away and he was there all the time tenaciously working a smooth transaction. Hopefully he will be a long-term asset to team KIA Asheville! I was very happy with all of the people who helped me and put me at ease. I am a single woman with not much experience at purchasing a new car. I was afraid about my credit score being too low, but they got put me at ease. I am a single woman with not much experience at purchasing a new car. Josh was very helpful and patient throughout the whole process of purchasing my Kia Optima. He walked me through every step of the process and was upfront and honest the entire time. He was genuine and was concerned about getting me into the best car possible within our price range. He was also very personable and showed interest in my concerns, as well built a rapport with me and my family. The financial department was very patient and answered all of my questions open and honest, and did everything they could to get the best deal. I did not feel like I was being pressured into buying and felt as though they met and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend! More

We had just purchaced a new Kia Forte with a stright drive and just was not happy with it. We went back and explained this to Josh and he and the dealership went out of their way to get us in an automat drive and just was not happy with it. We went back and explained this to Josh and he and the dealership went out of their way to get us in an automatic. Same car just an auto. This was very easy and they were very understanding. We are very happy with the new car and the deal we received trading a new car for a new car. I just did not think we would be able to do this,but they made it happen. All I can say is thank yo very much for making our day great. More
