The finance person presented me with a ridiculously high monthly payment that was no where near what I had told Josh. Did me being a female have anything to do with that?? I was ready to walk until someone from management came in and gave me the monthly payment I could afford. I'm glad for that but the process was stressful and unpleasant. More

He was very accommodating, hustling to line up vehicles that fit our needs. Craig went on the test drive with us enlightening us about the features on the vehicle. Craig Anderson, Josh Flowers, and Krisha Arrington were very knowledgable about the vehicle features. We looked around at other vehicles but other dealerships just didn't measure up to the professionalism, friendliness or product knowledge. Krisha spent the whole time that we were there on our return trip making sure that we found the vehicle we wanted and doing our paperwork and catering to our needs. I've been going to buy one for quiet awhile but didn't want the hassle of dealing with a pushy sales person.. And then I met Josh Flowers at paramount kia in Ashville. This young man was very pleasant and informative. He asked what exactly was I looking for in a vehicle. I told him and he found the perfect one I wanted at their store on the other side of town. He said it's on its way over and then he gave me a tour of their facility, even took me to see the service area which was spotless. When the sportage arrived I took it for a drive and loved it. Josh explained all the features and then done a little figure krunching. And it was a sale. Thank you, Josh Flowers! More
