Very pleasant I went and tried a car one day and worked with Jodi. She was very nice and not pushy when I told her I was just trying some cars and wasn't going to p I went and tried a car one day and worked with Jodi. She was very nice and not pushy when I told her I was just trying some cars and wasn't going to purchase at that moment. I had other cars to test drive as well. She gave me her card and said if I change my mind abs decide to buy the car to give her a call. Well a week later I decide that car was the one I wanted. I gave Jodi a call and told me the car was still available. I went I and the process was very easy. Everyone in the dealership was super nice and professional. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a car. I would definitely give Jodi a call! More

Everyone was absolutely wonderful!! I really didn't think I was going to have a good experience. I had been looking for a car for months. Ford Transit My Paramount car buying experience was absolutely excellent.. From the salesman, Tim (who was prompt in replying to my CarGuru request), to Maria the My Paramount car buying experience was absolutely excellent.. From the salesman, Tim (who was prompt in replying to my CarGuru request), to Maria the customer service member who emailed with a second follow-up, to the Josh the financier who helped me understand my payments, and Aaron the car sales manager who grease the wheels of the deal, and finally to gentleman in the tie who stayed late on a Saturday to make sure all the paperwork was correct (I apologize on blanking on your name, as I stated – it was late). If you are serious about purchasing a vehicle today, go to Paramount Kia of Asheville. I drove 2.5 hours to do such and after months of looking, they helped me get into my dream vehicle. Thank you! Kia Forever We went to Asheville Paramount dealership with intentions of only having brakes put on our 2012 Sorrento. No big deal, right? So wrong! Shortly afte We went to Asheville Paramount dealership with intentions of only having brakes put on our 2012 Sorrento. No big deal, right? So wrong! Shortly after the car was taken back too the service area, the service manager called my husband back to observe a problem they had discovered. Much worse then planned for. We were totally unprepared to buy a new vehicle, but the decision was thrust upon us. Our salesman (Mr. Kuykendal) was so helpful, no pressure at all...love him! He advised a lease which seemed appropriate for us and he, Aaron Hill and Mr. Flowers made an impossibility a reality. We love you, Paramount Kia! The Hill family. More

Easily the best car buying experience I have ever had! It was such an unusual experience to work with a dealership that was concerned with more than just its bottom line. The used car that I was originall It was such an unusual experience to work with a dealership that was concerned with more than just its bottom line. The used car that I was originally interested in did not work out. It was neither the fault of the dealership nor myself. I mentioned a different used car or possibly even a new car. The finance master, Mr. Josh (Flowers), looked at me, then his eyes lit up like a Christmas tree the weekend after Thanksgiving...yes, that’s when I put mine up...don’t judge! We can get you a great deal on a new car! I was thinking, sure. I’ve heard that song and dance before🙄 After settling on a particular car with Miss Krisha (Arrington), Mr. Josh and “friends” went to work. Due to past experiences, I was not too hopeful that they could make me a satisfactory offer. Long story short (too late?), instead of a 2004 model, I drove home in a beautiful red currant colored 2019 Kia Forte S!! It is the newest iteration of this automobile. The warranties are incredible on this car! It has more upper level features than I would ever have imagined on a car in its price range. Thank you, Paramount KIA, for working with me to a very satisfactory conclusion. Also, thank you for hiring such incredible employees as Mr. Josh, Miss Krisha, and Mr. Jarrad!! P. S.
