Quite frankly it’s partially my fault for not asking the right questions, but we had been there for hours even after opting to pick up the car the next day. The final step in the process was to meet with Josh to discuss extending the warranty. We waited about another 20-30 minutes before he was available, and by that time we were about done. He was great explaining what the coverages he was recommending did, but never gave us line item prices (they may have been in the fine print, I don’t know). We shuffled around several papers for signatures, and we left. When I read some of the details Monday evening I was angry with myself. I mean Simonizing sounds like a good idea, but for almost $1000? And tire/rim protection is a good idea - but for over $2100? I would not have agreed to those add ons if I had known the actual costs. Shame on me. Can I do anything about these charges now?
