When I purchase my 2012 ss convertible from them brand new it had two dents on it that they had Fix. after having my car serviced there my car was delivered to me with tWO huge Dent on the Car a chip on new it had two dents on it that they had Fix. after having my car serviced there my car was delivered to me with tWO huge Dent on the Car a chip on the hood .my car does not run the same. my heat does not work in the vehicle. neither the dealership or GM wants to help me. I would definitely not recommend any car from general motor due to the fact that they will not fix your car or give you a loner. More

The way I was treated, the fantastic deal, the amazing way the car arrived... it does get better than this. Thank you, guys. Even though my previous 2010 SS was purchased elsewhere (not by my choice), I had Elkins service that vehicle for almost 4 years. Again, treated like a king, always a great time, always a seamless, smooth, amazing experience. I may be the only person that I know that actually ENJOYS visiting his dealership. All thanks to the beautiful showroom exeperince, massive inventory, and a staff that has become what I'd like to think of as real FRIENDS. Thank you, Adam, Jason, and everyone. My pick up broke down on Turnpike, located Elkins Chevy form phone. Spoke with Josh explaining problem and he made an appontment right away. They took me in for service immediately upon arrival and had my form phone. Spoke with Josh explaining problem and he made an appontment right away. They took me in for service immediately upon arrival and had my truck fixed within an hour. All the time I was able to enjoy the new fully equipped convenience area with WI FI. Two thumbs up with five star service! When I am ready to purchase another Chevy, I will go there to purchase hoping that their sales would equal the service experience. More

Initial service visit determined gas cap needed replacement. 24 hrs later Service Engine light came on again. Returned, told Purge Solenoid valve needed to be replaced and it would need to be done replacement. 24 hrs later Service Engine light came on again. Returned, told Purge Solenoid valve needed to be replaced and it would need to be done the next day. Gas cap cost would be credited and diagnostic not charged again. Work was done next AM. All communication from Customer Service excellent. When car was returned I reported a broken cup holder, after checking with mechanic Service Rep told us it was received that way. Definitely not. After leaving the area we discovered that the satellite radio wire was broken or disconnected - no connection. We believe this was also done during the repair. Repair was done, but damage to our vehicle. More

Josh could not have been more helpful. I live out of state and Elkins Chevrolet was recommended by my mechanic as the place to take my 2010 Camaro for work. That itself says a lot about Elkins Chevrolet state and Elkins Chevrolet was recommended by my mechanic as the place to take my 2010 Camaro for work. I recently purchased a new truck and moved from out of state. I was looking to find a quality service center for my vehicle. I checked with Chevy and they referred me to Elkins. I called them up and set an appointment for 11-9-2013. When I arrived Josh took great care of me. Josh was very friendly and informative. I was unsure about finding a service center that would put my mind at ease and perform the work in a professional and timely manner. Josh and the staff quickly confirmed to me that I had in fact chosen the right place. We even talked College Football, a great passion of mine as I am from the South and we really get into College football down there. I set another appointment while I was there to have my brake shoes replaced. As a new Chevy owner, I had and still have many questions about my vehicle.
