Exceptional Service I hate going to car dealerships even for an oil change because I am afraid of the strong upsells that the service writers are trained to do. I knew I I hate going to car dealerships even for an oil change because I am afraid of the strong upsells that the service writers are trained to do. I knew I needed work done on my civic (not even a chevy) and was recommended to Elkins by a previous customer. It turns out that Josh recommended exact what I thought I needed in fact, at a better rate than the previous quote I got from a local auto shop. I loved how I was able to continue working from my lap top with their wifi. Once they told me it was gonna take a day or so for the repair... they offered a loaner vehicle for my convenience. The whole process was painless and very comfortable from beginning to end. Thank you Josh (Middle Desk) for being extremely professional and empathetic to my situation. I most definitely recommend anyone with any vehicle to consider getting service work done at Elkins Chevrolet. In my opinion, excellent customer service starts with upper management and works its way down. It was nice to be in an environment filled with smiles and nice people. More

I was very happy with the friendly specialists at the service desk and overall experience. They were very knowledgeable, efficient and welcoming. They provided a loaner car, gave timely updates during the week and the techs even completed the repairs a day early. I think the lead service specialist was Josh who was genuinely conversational, knowledgeable and professional. More

Greatest Service Dept! I contacted Josh in the Service Dept to arrange services for my Corvette, my 1st visit to Elkins Chevrolet. When I arrived, Mike took excellent care I contacted Josh in the Service Dept to arrange services for my Corvette, my 1st visit to Elkins Chevrolet. When I arrived, Mike took excellent care of me and my car. He explained what needed to be done, that he would call me to update, and when my car was finished. He kept to his promises 100% which pleased & impressed me. My car was ready ad promised, and my service visit was flawlessly handled with professionalism, cordially, and with absolutely wonderful results. I own 3 Chevrolet vehicles, and Elkins is now my dealership for service. And will be first when I look to make another vehicle purchase. Thanks so much to both Josh and Mike...they are the greatest. Elkins comes through for me over the Memorial Day Holiday. Josh and Service Tech Ronny really came through for me over the Memorial Day Holiday. I had a load of wood I needed to haul up to a Kiln in the Hambu Josh and Service Tech Ronny really came through for me over the Memorial Day Holiday. I had a load of wood I needed to haul up to a Kiln in the Hamburg PA region and wouldn’t you know it my Silverado brakes go out right before I had to leave. The service department was really booked up with it being right before the holiday. I explained to Josh that I had a commitment to haul a load of wood and he said “Let me have a tech look at it right away and I’ll tell you the extent of the repairs.” Turns out the repairs needed where going to take a while so Josh suggest a loaner vehicle. I told Josh I would need a pickup with tow capability. Josh said “No problem I’ll set up with a new 2015 Silverado pickup and you can use it to haul your material”. It worked out great! I was able to meet my commitments and got to drive a beautiful new Silverado pickup. Thanks so much to Josh and Ronny for taking a bad situation and turning it around into a positive one. More
