I went to Elkins to inquire about a vehicle they e-mailed me info on. I only intended to ask but wound up driving away in a new 2021 1500 Silverado LTZ, fully loaded! I didn't think this was possible, but Tony Dillard and Adam Elkins made it happen. If you need a vehicle, new or used, go to Elkins! Everyone who worked with me went above and beyond to get me into this truck. You are treated with the utmost respect and made to feel welcome by all the employees. This is the third truck I've gotten from Elkins and I will not go any where else! More

The whole team at Elkins has been great so far! I came in knowing exactly what I was looking for - low-mileage CPO Traverse. There wasn't any high pressure, which is unusual at car dealerships in my expe in knowing exactly what I was looking for - low-mileage CPO Traverse. There wasn't any high pressure, which is unusual at car dealerships in my experience. I stopped in during the morning hours to test drive but had to leave to get to meetings, and during the day most of the leg work was done so when I returned that evening all that needed to be done was get the car on my insurance policy and sign the paperwork. Great communication throughout. On day 2, I noticed a minor aesthetic issue that I didn't notice when I originally test drove the vehicle, and customer service post-purchase has been amazing so - looking forward to closing everything out and returning to this dealer in the future! More

I would not use this dealership again for service. It took 6 days to fix a minor problem and then was returned with the same problems that I started with. Elkins ALWAYS treats me like family. From oil changes and maintenance to repairs on my ten year old Equinox, I can expect quality work at fair prices. I really love driving this SUV.
