This is a review im making that im not being rushed to make.I bought a 2007 corvette in june of 2025. vehicle had no warranty other than the 3 days or 500 miles. I bought the car on a Saturday and by Sund make.I bought a 2007 corvette in june of 2025. vehicle had no warranty other than the 3 days or 500 miles. I bought the car on a Saturday and by Sunday I realized the power steering did not work after car was driven for enough time to warm it up. contacted the dealership on Monday to let them know of the problem. The response was they would get back with me.A day later they gave me the number to a local shop. this whole time my time is running out to return the car. After not being able to drive the car all week it was finaly in the shop thursday for evaluation. And complamentary inspection. I finnaly got word on the following Monday that the car needed a 2500.00 power steering replacement plus about 5000.00 of other work. Two days latter they agreed to take care of the power steering But I was on the hook for everything else. Some would say I should have paid for the extended warranty. The warranty was going to cost over 6000.00 on a 25500.00 car. I traded in a car that they said I was 2000.00 in the red on. So my cost should have been 27500.00. I gave them 5000.00 down payment and by the time they got everything approved was almost a month after I got the car. It was financed through someone diffrent than they said it would be and at a higher rate. they called me at work and had me complete new paperwork on my phone during my lunch hour. Needless to say I did not have time to read all the paper work due to being at work. I should have just refused to sign but I already had 5000.00 worth of work done to the car. So my 25500.00 car cost me 38000.00. It would have been more but after paying my second payment I decided to pay it off to not get hit with all that interest. More

Andy has been more than helpful during the purchase of my Lexus. You can imagine how it is to do a deal like this long distance, only relying on pictures and the word of a “salesman “. During our many texts and conversations, Andy became a friend and advocate for me. When I saw the Lexus in person, I was pleasantly surprised by how accurate his evaluation was in my absence. Almost like he was my son! He picked me up at the airport and I was on the road in my car in less than an hour. Every other time in my life, a car purchase took hours at the dealership. Very impressive! Certified Benz and Beemer is a great place to do business and I would recommend it to anyone looking to buy a quality used vehicle. My experience has been very positive. More

Beyond shady. Kit was honest and great. Unfortunately the other salesman CJ uses deceptive sales practices to get people to sign contracts. Long story short i d Kit was honest and great. Long story short i disclosed all information on 2 vehicles in my possession. 1 was free and clear and the other had a lien on title. I provided these facts to CJ who walked away for 10 minutes amd came back and told me not to worry they can secure the title that has the lien. He assured me his team looked into it and had no issues. I signed the papers and thought it was all good. It was not. They didn't send my paperwork to the dmv and have now recalled the financing. I was threatened by Josh Bleckler when I told him all the details and how it was not a mistake on theor part but that they broke sales laws by misleading a customer. He didnt care at all. I told him that they signed a contract and lied to me to get it signed. And they should be accountable for the actions of their employee. He again did not care. He ended up threatening me when I told him I am not coming in and said that "im going to find out what they can do to me" very shady. I work with banks and sales and I know deceptive sales practices when I see them. Dont fall into their trap. They wont take accountability and will bully you. Runnnnn.......... I have to add to this complaint because of certified Benz and beemer and their continued games. Get this. Certified benz and beemer has retained and attorney to threten me and bully me into changing my complaint with the BBB the FTC and the AG. They also tried to bully me into changing my review of their business practice. I will not change anything. You hired an individual that participated in deceptive sales practices. You did not submit paperwork to DMV and you ignores me text even when i was willing to help you unwind the deal. Shame on you for being deceptive and shame on you for resorting to bully tactics. The attorney that sent the letter is Tiffany and bosco P.A. in sun city az. I would be happy to supply the letter if need be. I responded same evening to the attorney and attempted to call them the next day and did not get a response. They gave me 7 days to comply. And are claiming defamation because i am sharing my experience and the facts associated with my experience and i guess because they are attorneys they feel the can bully a normal everyday person like myself. Not going to happen. More
