Thank you for your prompt response. This could’ve been avoided / corrected if each charge on the contract is visited and explained. The signing paid all attention on the grand total but the breakdown on the next page. I would’ve asked for correction if $1100 is explained. When negotiating the deal with Diego and Josh, I specified to exclude it but it is still added to the contract.
Buying a car isn’t the easiest for a lady doing it alone.
