Great Salesperson & Customer Care My daughter and I went car shopping and found a dealership and a sales person, Ian, that we were both very comfortable with. The used car my daughter My daughter and I went car shopping and found a dealership and a sales person, Ian, that we were both very comfortable with. The used car my daughter purchased had an issue that became apparent after we transacted (on a Saturday). We came back the following Monday, and the front/assistant manager, Robert, observed with us the issue firsthand and immediately brought the car into service for a diagnostic. The team were very attentive to the issue, our concerns, and subsequently identified a mechanical issue too cost prohibitive for repair. For this particular situation, they offered a full refund for the vehicle. My daughter was so relieved and greatly appreciated the care and customer service provided at Russ Darrow Nissan. Thanks! Uniformed of repairs I took my truck in for check engine light & noisy lifters. Joe (Service Writer) told me he would keep me informed about the repairs. I never heard fro I took my truck in for check engine light & noisy lifters. Joe (Service Writer) told me he would keep me informed about the repairs. I never heard from him till he texted me a month later telling me that the truck was done. My son in law knows the Field Tech & that was the only way I got any information on the repairs. After 4 weeks in repair I found out that the engine had been back ordered. More

Standard oil change I asked up front if they had any discounts on oil changes. They said no, and because I was in the area I decided to fork out the $40. I also specifically asked not to have the vehicle washed because I had just detailed it. When I came to pick up the vehicle, there was a coupon for a $20 oil change and water spots all over my car. I am not a happy customer. More

Brakes My advisor is always nice. What I hate is the techs consistently leave oil on my door and seat. They need to put paper on the seats and clean the hand My advisor is always nice. What I hate is the techs consistently leave oil on my door and seat. They need to put paper on the seats and clean the handle when they finish the work. I have complained about this several times however nothing has been done to fix the problem. Why ask for feedback if your not going to do anything to fix the problem? Also what I don’t understand is if my brake pads are 3 why do I need rotators? Shouldn’t have to get rotators every time. It seems like you do this to take advantage. You would think they would inform you that you need new pads before the rotators go bad. What number should your pads be at before needing rotators? If you are not going to do anything about the feedback please stop asking people to complete a survey. More
