They pretty much gave us free range of the lot and said come find someone if we needed help, had questions, or wanted to test drive any car we wanted-that was what we liked the most. We never felt pressured or pushed to be up-selled. We previously bought a car from a big time dealership and it was NOT a good experience. The Doug Justice team made sure we felt more like family than customers. The paperwork process was fairly quick and went smoothly. The extra warranty options were great and all was explained in detail. We are very happy with our purchase and overall experience at Doug Justice. We will definately be back in the future for our car buying needs. Thanks so much! More
