Joe updated us at least every few weeks throughout the process. He took care of us as though we were buying a fully decked out Suburban or an expensive diesel dually 4x4 instead of a little Spark! I was truly amazed at the level of service we received from Joe. We are full time RV’ers and can buy from anywhere in the country. Whenever it’s time for us to purchase again, we will absolutely contact Joe and make our purchase through him. He also demonstrated many functions in the vehicle at delivery. My Silverado was delivered Thursday Sep 29, 2022. My wife and I arrived around 2:00 PM. My wife left in her car around 4:00 PM. I did not leave until almost 6:00 PM. Spending 4 hours at a dealership to sign documents and have a demo of the vehicle's functions and features is excessive to say the least. What if we had dinner reservations with friends, or an important family function to attend. I have purchased several new vehicles in my life, (two from Weber Chevrolet and from other Chevy dealers) and have never spent more than an hour at the dealership when we picked up our new vehicle. I think the Weber Chevrolet management should review and evaluate this process. More
