They claim they are a no fee dealership but there are numerous hidden fees that they are deceitful and dishonest about. Manager Joe asked me to come in to rectify the situation and I left feeling even worse. I Asked for a copy of the contract but was told they could not give that to the customer. When I said I was entitled to it under the UCC law he changed his tune and said it was locked and he had no access to it but would email it to me. Still waiting for it Furthermore the finance agreement was given to me in a folder AFTER I signed. I asked for the contract and said I had questions about the financing and he said he had to get it from the printer. He never returned but had my salesman brought me a folder with papers I never saw till I got home because he immediately ushered me into my new car. It was deceitful and dishonest. It is clear that they try to rush you through signing the papers on a screen (nothing is printed out) telling you sign here. I specifically asked for the terms of the agreement so I was very aware to look for the percentage rate and finance charges. They were NEVER shown to me! The finance guy rushed me through the process.i know now I signed a paper stating I saw them but I NEVER did! I was forced to use their finance company but was not told the rate although I wanted to pay the car outright. Numbers do not add up and the final price is padded. That could be why I still have not received the contract! Other buyers should know that they can not be trusted. More

I purchased a used vehicle from Sayville Ford on December of 2022. I was told I would have to pay an extra $2,000 for my car if I paid cash or financed it myself. So, to get the price I saw online, I had to of 2022. I was told I would have to pay an extra $2,000 for my car if I paid cash or financed it myself. So, to get the price I saw online, I had to use their finance office. I was told they add a special product to the windshield of all cars which added another $1,400 to the total cost of the car. After making it clear that this was absurd, they reduced the cost from the total. When I came to sign the paperwork, I added all the numbers and they had increased the price of the vehicle by $1,000. The finance officer took it to his team and deducted the amount from the total. I was told I could pay it off as early as I wanted with no pre-penalty. When I received my bill from TD Bank, I had already accrued $160 in interest. I wish I had been warned of this beforehand. The whole process felt very frustrating to me. I wish the price posted was true regardless of cash or personal loan and not just the loan they find for me (mine was 8.8% which is quite high since I have excellent credit). I did get a follow up call from their finance department after posting an initial review and was assured I could come in and talk through the numbers. More
