I am only giving one star because the service I had has been subpar. I have been transferred to multiple sales reps and they either don't know what they're doing, or don't want to help out unless it makes been subpar. I have been transferred to multiple sales reps and they either don't know what they're doing, or don't want to help out unless it makes their pockets bigger. It's sad, I bought TWO expensive vehicles from them. Ioniq 5n and the ioniq 6. Both 60k and 70k cars. I came back to work another deal but they act like they dont even remember me. I figured I'd get like a loyalty discount for being a returning customer but no. I brought them a customer who also bought an ioniq 5n and I never got my referral money for that. Even after calling still never received it. They want to low ball me on my car but then they will turn around a sell it for 15k more than I would get. They come back to you with a number they just throw at you and expect you to jump on the so called deal. I was trying to get a deal with my ioniq 6 and was told they did the best they can do. I opted out of getting the gap Insurance because it would have raised my monthly payment higher. But weeks later I get a call saying they did me a favor and added gap Insurance without rasing my monthly....how can you do that unless something shady is going on. If that's the case why not do that all the time? It didn't raise my monthly but it tacked on like 4k to my end balance. I didn't ask for it yet they put it the deal without asking me first and had it finalized. Now I'm stuck with a car more expensive then I initially signed for. I kept trying to call back and work a deal but get ghosted. Both cars I bought BRAND NEW also came with damage that they refused to fix or refund me for. All they did was spend a lousy $200 for my windows to get tinted, Both cars I bought BRAND NEW also came with damage that they refused to fix or refund me for. Since all they care about is making their pockets bigger..what a shame. More

Showroom was a bit crowded, but very clean. Isabella's desk had a lot of bright sunlight for customers they are in the afternoon. Not just sunlight glare.
