Dealing with DCH Honda was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with customer service. Tiffany was obnoxious, abusive and even threatening. The used car salesman was extremely rude as well. Can’t give a low enough rating. . Changed a 10 month old battery without my knowledge or permission. Battery was perfectly fine. Did not perform a necessary safety update and instead . I came in for an oil change and was expecting some suggestions for repairs I wanted done. Joe did not come to inform me about the recommended repairs in the waiting room (a norm from previous service suggestions for repairs I wanted done. Joe did not come to inform me about the recommended repairs in the waiting room (a norm from previous service visits). I left with a check engine light on and no recommendations. I was aware of a muffler issue and he did not inform me ahead of time for me to consider or approve repairs until I was at the cashier’s desk. I was very disappointed with his service. This was a terrible experience from Honda. To add insult to injury I found a flat tire when I got to my car. I’m very disappointed and expected better customer relations from Honda. More
