He has years of experience and guides me with the recommendations and is always honest. This particular instance, I was in and out timely. I was able to apply a coupon mailed to me, which keeps me coming back to the dealership. My family buys all our cars from this dealership too because they have a great salesperson, Scott Wendling. It's always safer to use the service department at the place you bought the car from, in my opinion, because they stand behind their work. Great visit overall. More

Poor communication related to stays of repairs. This is the second service repair in less than 30’days. I was notified that parts needed to be ordered, therefore my car needed to remain overnight. This is the second service repair in less than 30’days. I was notified that parts needed to be ordered, therefore my car needed to remain overnight. There was no update via the web connection about the car, so I called at noon the next day(Friday) to be told car was in service. No update until I called at 4:40pm left a message. Jacob called back let me know the car was ready, dept closed at 6pm. I had to figure out a ride to the location. More
