Norm Reeves and Jose proved that I can, in fact, have the car I want in the color I want. The whole process was amazing. . . I wanted to wait for the weekend to buy my car because everyone knows it takes a whole day to buy a car. Again, Norm Reeves and Jose proved this doesn't have to be the case. Jose explained that he will try to get as much ready as possible. I came in test drove the car, signed my paperwork and proceeded to go to Finance Dept. and because all my paperwork was ready, it only took about 20-30 mins to go over everything. I stopped by on Sunday March 27, 2011 to set up a service recall for my honda civic hybrid. I also stopped by internet services to let them know i was interested in a civic natural gas conversion. Jose give me the best price of 5 dealers. When i arrived monday morning Jose passed me to Herb because he was with a customer. The price was actually as quoted. Herb had me out in 2 hours. I liked that he showed me the computer screen all the way throgh the process. I felt like they were never trying to pull the wool over my eyes. I will go back and would recommand them again. More

Every single person was helpful and nice. I ended up working with Jose Sanchez on my deal to buy the new 2011 Honda Accord. He was so helpful and he really fought for me to get the best price possible. After I left Norm Reeves I went to Honda World to check out what they could offer me. Honda World told me they could not even come close to Norm Reeves offer on the same car. I went straight back to Jose Sanchez at Norm Reevs and drove off the lot with my fabulous car that same night.
