The service was great. I was happy to get a video showing the persons name who worked on my car along with showing what was done as well as checking my tire pressure and ba I was happy to get a video showing the persons name who worked on my car along with showing what was done as well as checking my tire pressure and battery hen ended the video with his name again and to reach out if I had questions. What a thoughtful way to include the customer. I really appreciated this. It meant a lot. Also I had mentioned that I wanted a different vehicle and I was provided an estimate for my vehicle if I was to trade my car in. I appreciated this and unfortunately my husband wanted to wait on doing a trade in but all the help and information was great. The service when I arrived was great above and beyond. Dani was a great help and so was the young man at the parts counter as well as Adrian who did the service on my car. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who put together the estimate for trade in for me but she was great as well. Thank you so much from a customer who appreciates how great the service department team did and who goes above and beyond. I hope that Honda appreciates their employees and what a great job they do by letting them know verbally and financially. Great all around. Thank you.
