My husband and myself brought our Kia to your facility last week without an appointment. We were greeted very favorable and told we would be taken care of as soon as possible. We loved how your facility was very clean and inviting. Our wait is about 1 hour which was fine and we did need a new battery which we had a feeling the car needed. A very friendly gentleman come over to us and said you are all set no charge under warranty and accompanied us to our car, handed us the key and wished us a good day.
