It is a pleasure for me to commend Hamad Deeb on his professionalism and friendliness; I was curious to see if a Honda was a car I could consider. He spent a great deal of his tIme explaining that Honda Accord was the car that would suit my needs. As it turned out, what I was offered a lease that was more than I could expect from a car dealer. I am very pleased to say with Hamad's patience and sincere caring, I was able to leave drIving my new Accord. I found out that I will be saving money with the Accord. My auto insurance premium went down; the monthly lease payments are less (was a Nissan customer for 8 years) and the money down was affordable. Ryan and Jose were very professional in answering all of my questions and getting me a new car at the right price. With the Decision to get into a new Car I had many options. From a Toyota to a Chevy I had many dealers bidding for my business. Only Mark at dch honda was the only one who was actually interested in getting me in to test drive the car and looking at my trade. 1 dealership was going over numbers before they even looked at my trade or allowed me to test drive. The combination of Mark, Jose and Eric really made my First New Car Purchase a good experience. They helped me get into the car that I wanted and at the price I could afford to pay. Even at a few times when I was about to walk they were able to figure it out. Overall the dealership in general was a good choice to go to and all I know is that I would recomend it to anyone who has the littlest thought to trade in to a new car. I would Recomend friends, family and anyone who doesn't want to get hassled to definitly check them out! More
