Coming from Europe we were a bit confused with some handlings that were different in the U.S. but the guys were very patient with us. We had some minor issues with the car and the Brand Warranty but Jose was incredible in helping. After giving a call he took our „problem“ in his hands and handled everything so we did not have to. He always reached out with information about the case and made sure we are on top of everything and satisfied. Really recommend this dealership and especially working with Jose Hernandez! More

Some of the sales reps I had met had been courteous and patient, some had been condescending and pushy. I have had some sales rep try to hide things about the cars I have looked at. I have had sales rep treat me like a child, trying to tell ME what I wanted and what should be important to me. I have seen it all in my three month car shopping experience. When I found the preowned vehicle I wanted at Scott Clark Toyota, I was not sure what my experience would be like but I was so pleasantly surprised! I was greeted by Jose Hernandez and right from the moment my husband and I met him we knew he was trustworthy, transparent, and respectful. He allowed me to do my close inspection on the vehicle without judgment or interruption. The vehicle was immaculate by the way. Jose was upfront and honest regarding any question I had. The vehicle price online was fair, trust me I had researched beforehand for the year, trim, mileage, etc. I was so happy at Scott Clark Toyota. Jose was the difference in the experiences I have had over the last three months. With a quality product like TOYOTA, and with an incredible person like Jose, Scott Clark was easily the best dealership I had encountered in the Charlotte area!!! More

This was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. Every other car sales person we’ve encountered has tried to talk us into or out of the specifics of what we want (likely just trying to get us into a Every other car sales person we’ve encountered has tried to talk us into or out of the specifics of what we want (likely just trying to get us into a car on the lot). However when we told Jose exactly what we wanted (year, exterior color, interior color, entertainment system, etc.), he respected what we wanted even though it wasn’t readily available. He then found the vehicle out of state and got it here within a week and it is perfect!!! He is wonderfully competent. More
