Clean, professional, courteous, attentive, great inventory, great pricing.My wife went in for a Willy's last November. Jose gave the breakdown. We didn't like it He suggested either shopping around for a better deal(wasn't one and crazy for a dealer to send somebody in the dealership motivated to purchase to go look around) or to come back in 6-12 months. Perhaps the market will change on the purchase vehicle yet her vehicle wouldn't change much in that time(they offered the exact same trade in value 6 months later and a 2 year newer Willy's with lower miles was $2k less than the first Willy's 6 months ago. We were happy with the new terms and the better vehicle. We weren't surprised by the awesomeness of Jose Garcia as this was our 3rd vehicle thru him specifically. He is amazing. We call him directly when we see something we want and/or have any questions. He is a good man and we recommend Bourne's and more specifically him.PS, the 2023 Willy's has a damaged mud tire that was worn uneven. Jose worked it out that we got 5 new tires and allowed me to pick from a short list of All-terrain tires which we wanted instead of the Mud tires. That was an awesome bonus to the purchase More
