Appreciated the professionalism and courteous staff when making my appointment and when I took my car in for service. I was surprised to learn that my 2023 S60 needed tire rotation and wheel alignment wi making my appointment and when I took my car in for service. I was surprised to learn that my 2023 S60 needed tire rotation and wheel alignment with under 18,000 miles. And to learn that those services are not under warranty. In addition, the car was not cleaned and!or washed. But, I also really appreciated the loaner -10!! Thanks for the opportunity to comment. More

I had my routine maintenance done yesterday on my 2019 XC 90. I came and was helped immediately. I was out the door in my loaner car within 15 minutes. I received text messages about service.
