Jeff"s New Prius Prime I was toyig with the idea of a new Prius Prime or a Camry Hybrid . I previously owned a 2011 Prius II that I purchased New from GreenTree. I have ha I was toyig with the idea of a new Prius Prime or a Camry Hybrid . I previously owned a 2011 Prius II that I purchased New from GreenTree. I have had seven years of maintenance free operation. Because I was so happy with the quality of service provided by Greentree (130K on my 2011, and Toyota performed all of the maintenance on my car), I went right to Greentree for my new vehicle. I spoke with Mike Shakro and we had a great conversation about my needs and which model I would be best suited for, he set upa date for me and because his Daughter was gettig married on the day I chose he told me the see Pete (the coach) Przyborowski who would be helping me with my choice. My wife and I went to Greentree together and drove the Prius Prime (Advanced) after trying out the fit of a dog crate in each of the vehicles we chose the Prius and made the deal that day. Pete did a great job explaining the features of the vehicle and we are very happy withour experience. KUDOs to Pete @ Greentree More

Pete, the salesman, was terrific—well informed, assertive but not pushy, knew his stuff, and even gave us a great recommendation for lunch. The manager, Jose, was very pushy in trying to sell his various add-ons, but we understood that is his job, and he, too, treated us courteously and with respect. Two hiccups. The second fob to the vehicle needed to be programmed, requiring a visit to the ‘off campus’ service department, and couldn’t get done due to time constraints. Secondly, there was included in the charges $199 to etch the windows with the VIN. We feel this should have been presented as an option, not an obligate charge. The sales room is fine, but the parking lot is hopelessly overcrowded with cars, making parking an issue (and necessitating the service dept. to locate 5 miles away. It was a long day—we scouted and bought the pre-owned Sienna in one day—but it was handled professionally and reasonably efficiently and with courtesy. More

Thumbs up!!!! I have been looking for a used Toyota Tacoma double cab 4x4 with a decent price. During my search, I came across my kind of Tacoma at Greentree Toyota I have been looking for a used Toyota Tacoma double cab 4x4 with a decent price. During my search, I came across my kind of Tacoma at Greentree Toyota. It was an hour and a half away from my house in MA. Their reviews were great and this motivated me ever harder to want to do business with them. I contacted them and Rich got back to me right away, he sent me the pictures of the truck and scheduled a test drive. Marc was my sales guy, I recall when I asked him how he was doing, he said, " Am living the dream" that's great!! I said. He was more than willing to show me the truck and was very pleasant. Andy and Jose, though pleasantly tough, helped out with the business and financial aspect of the buying process. The kicker was, when it was time to come pick up my truck, both Rich and Marc had their days off. Unknowingly of Rich day off, I texted him, letting him know that I needed a ride from the car rental place to green tree. He texted back and organised with Mariana to pick me up. Mariana was on top of things and contacted me right away, came to pick me up within a second of me notifying her of my arrival at the car rentals place. She was very pleasant and very helpful. My overall remark is, Greentree Toyota lives up to it's standard. ( just for laughs: I bought my Toyota Matrix from Greenleaf, now my Tacoma from Greentree, I wonder if my next Toyota is from Green woods🤔?🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 More
