Great Experience, left with a smile on my face! I walked into Greentree Toyota frustrated, but within a few minutes of walking around in the lot confused and overwhelmed I was greeted by Marcus. H I walked into Greentree Toyota frustrated, but within a few minutes of walking around in the lot confused and overwhelmed I was greeted by Marcus. He knew the right questions to ask that immediately put me at ease. Before I knew it I was test driving a RAV4. After discussing my options with Marcus, I went from thinking I wanted to buy a used car to leasing a brand new 2018 RAV4 which had everything that I wanted in the car. Marcus was great! he is very patient and made the process of choosing a car very easy. I'm glad that I had Marcus to help me find the right car, he answered all my questions and knew everything about the car. With Marcus help I drove away with a SMILE and a brand new car. His willingness to help definitely made a huge difference and I am grateful that I had the opportunity to work with Marcus. If your in the market for a new car I definitely recommend Greentree Toyota and hope that Marcus is there to help you just like he did with me. The financing process was also extremely easy. Probably easier than I thought. Jose was great I had a lot of questions which he answered with no issues. Poor guy didnt feel good and wanted to go home, but he stayed to finish up with me and made sure that I was able to go home that night with my new car. Both Marcus and Jose went above and beyond and made my car buying experience amazing! More

Ray Jimenez is not your typical pushy salesperson and made my new vehicle purchase a very pleasant experience. Ray was very knowledgeable, a complete gentleman, and really worked with me to make sure that the model vehicle with the options that I wanted was the right fit for my budget. Bob Binette, the General Management, was also very personable and a pleasure to deal with. I was given a fair amount of money for my trade-in and a very competitive price for my new Highlander. I would feel very comfortable recommending this dealership, and especially Ray Jimenez, to any of my friends and family. More
