Quickest, Friendliest, Best Experience Ever Leasing a Car I've been leasing cars for about 10 years now and I've never had a better experience. Jorge definitely helped make me feel like a valued customer from start to finish. He followed up with me to get a new car in March and never forgot to follow up until it I was ready. I never felt any pressure. When I told him I needed to make sure 3 car seats could fit in the middle row he went and double checked everything to make sure it would work. purchase Acura MDX 2019 grey gun, tech option everything ok, only two issues that need improving I was able to purchase most of my car invoice over my credit cards however I was charged part everything ok, only two issues that need improving I was able to purchase most of my car invoice over my credit cards however I was charged part of Acura's cost! , clients should be given the up most attention if they are paying cash and credit and not like it seems the most attention for clients who finance or lease!!! from the time of choosing until the time of delivering and signning it took almost 6 hours, the car had to be "preped" for sale and running boards installed, however I think the waiting time was overly excessive More

Revised Mileage from 10k to 7500 Nickel & Dime on Accessorie I asked for a quote on 10,000 miles and when they wrote up the lease it was 7,500. They also “nickel and dimed” on accessories. Almost $40,000 for a c I asked for a quote on 10,000 miles and when they wrote up the lease it was 7,500. They also “nickel and dimed” on accessories. Almost $40,000 for a car and I have to buy a cover to hide items in my hatchback?! Seriously. That should be included with the car. Also they “adjusted my lease from 36 months to 39 months” AND No free service or oil changes. More

Awesome team at Acura of Pembroke Pines. I visited Acura of Pembroke Pines on a Monday afternoon to look at a specific used vehicle. All of the people I dealt with were great. They were know I visited Acura of Pembroke Pines on a Monday afternoon to look at a specific used vehicle. All of the people I dealt with were great. They were knowledgeable, professional and caring. I decided to purchase the vehicle and returned on Tuesday afternoon to complete my purchase. I would give 6 stars if that was an option. The dealership is spotless clean, very organized and nicely arranged. There is still a big grin on my face as I am so happy with the entire orocess. I highly recommend Acura of Pembroke Pines whether you are looking for a new or used Acura or a nice quality used car! More
