He let me know he would notify me once it was there and he did. Went down yesterday, 07/18/25, test drove the truck and made a deal. Colton was very helpful in providing me the information on the vehicle, exploring and negotiating the pricing w management where we could come to a deal. Very impressed with his knowledge, patience and overall professionalism. As fast as the process came together, I never felt pressured at any point to secure the sale. True pro! The finance manager, Goerge/Jorge Martinez was a class act, providing me w options for financing and ultimately finding me the perfect contract that met all of my needs. Jose in the used car dept. worked with me really well. Didn’t try to sell me cars I didn’t want to see. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I would not purchase ever again. They are trying to back out of replacing the windshield because I am 7 days over the thirty day we owe . Not like um six months or something and they told me they would set appointments up because it had to be done there.. I told them I work out of town and they said no big deal. I also had to dump 2500 in tires the second day I owned it because tires were separated.. the worst used car inspection I have ever seen. They didn't even change the oil. Buyer beware . Horrible horrible customer service. Planed on buying another vehicle from them but no way of that ever happening. Wish I could return vehicle I have and give my business to a different dealer More
